Why Fitness? 

I’ve always had a strong passion for fitness classes, and I believe that my background reflects this. I studied both group and individual fitness instruction in Japan, and have experience as a swimming and dance instructor. My ultimate goal has always been to integrate fitness with psychology—specifically counseling psychology—to promote the overall well-being of individuals.

Over time, I've realized that many people lack awareness about the importance of correct alignment and individualized coaching, which are crucial to ensuring optimal results and avoiding injury. I want to use this platform to share more knowledge about fitness, proper alignment, and mindful movement. This way, you’ll have the tools to make informed decisions about your body, and ultimately, improve your well-being.

For those who want to deepen their understanding and gain more knowledge to personalize their fitness journey, I also provide paid courses. These courses are designed to empower you to choose the right approach to fitness that works for you.

For those looking to ensure proper alignment and receive more hands-on guidance, I offer both in-person and virtual personal training sessions. I’m passionate about making fitness approachable and inclusive, which is why I also offer workout routines that can be done at home with no equipment needed.
