Welcome to Merryoga, your fitness hub! While the name might suggest yoga, my journey has been deeply rooted in teaching fitness classes for many years. Through fitness, I've built meaningful connections with my clients, and it has been a powerful tool for healing in my own life. Whenever I feel down, moving my body with an intense workout resets my mind and gives me the energy to keep going. As someone who thrives on adrenaline, I love fast-paced, high-intensity workouts—sometimes to the point of exhaustion.

However, over time, I realized that I often don't have enough time during my classes to focus on correct alignment, which can lead to injuries or less effective workouts for my clients. Additionally, I want to emphasize that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. It looks different for everyone, and there's no need to conform to a particular standard. You don’t have to go to a gym or fit a certain "look" to work out. Small, consistent changes every day can lead to big improvements in how you feel about yourself—not just about weight loss or sculpted muscles, but about overall well-being.

That's why I created this space—to share resources and provide a place where you can practice at your own pace before class. Let's redefine fitness together!

It’s not only about the workout, but I’m also going to share insightful knowledge about how to move your body properly, alignments, body anatomy, nutrition, useful tips while working out, and more.

Personal Session

Personal sessions are ideal for individuals at any fitness level—whether you're new to working out or an experienced athlete.
These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and body, allowing for personalized guidance on how to improve your fitness journey. I provide direct support to help you achieve your goals. In-person sessions are available for those living in Vancouver, while virtual sessions are offered for anyone outside of Vancouver!

My goal is to spark an interest in fitness and provide an opportunity for people to explore it in a meaningful way. Many people aren’t familiar with proper alignment or how to move their bodies safely and effectively. While there are plenty of resources out there—YouTube, Instagram, Google—it’s easy to overlook these details if we’re not already motivated to learn. That’s why I’m offering free workout content to make fitness more enjoyable and approachable. It’s not just about physical results, but about satisfying your mind by understanding the "why" behind each movement, backed by scientific evidence to guide you.

I want to make fitness accessible to everyone, helping you not only improve your body but also your understanding of how and why you’re moving. With the right knowledge, fitness can become a rewarding, sustainable part of your life.
