Do you want to experience yoga with a group? Whether it's for corporate events, school activities, or family gatherings, I offer group sessions (minimum of 4 people). This session provides personalized guidance while allowing you to connect with others and support each other’s growth. To book, please provide the number of participants, location, and three preferred dates and times. I look forward to guiding your group through a meaningful practice!
Location: For in-person sessions, we can meet at a studio, in the Marpole area, or at Westbrook Mall. You also have the option of practicing in a hot yoga studio—please specify your preference when booking.
For group sessions, please ensure the location is secured in advance, as it is your responsibility to provide the space. If you need mat rentals, contact me upon booking.
